1-1 Entire agreement these terms and conditions constitute the entire obligations of the parties. No general or specific condition provided by the client will be incorporated in these terms and conditions, except by prior agreement between the anterior to the contract parties. Price

The price of the collector can be changed at any time by SIGN7-Collectors. The indicated during the validation of a control SIGN7-Collectors is the price in force. The prices quoted are in Euros (€), presented TTC and include costs related to logistics. Shipping rates are charged to the customer, unless clauses stipulated in the ordering process. The different shipping options and prices, are presented in the order process and specified in the summary of it. Full payment of an order must be made no later than the delivery of collector, unless otherwise specified in the order and stated on the invoice. For delivery outside of French territory, customs duties and formalities are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified in the order and/or invoice. The Client agrees to check the importation of products ordered under the laws of the country of delivery .

5-1 Any order signed by the customer "Click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can be challenged only in the cases expressly provided for in this contract.
Quotes from SIGN7-Collectors are sent by mail to the customer's request. specifications accepted by the customer must be an explicit agreement that constitutes an irrevocable acceptance.
All hours SIGN7-Collectors orders are considered for personal use by customers.
5-2 The ordering process.
5-2-1 Any user wishing to confirm the order must identify themselves through a form information provided on the site by SIGN7-Collectors. Authentication to identify the customer will be as indicated in the " Privacy " site.

SIGN7-Collectors reserves the right to cancel any order if the IP address of the Client will be located in a country different from the billing address and/or delivery.
During the recording of personal data of the customer in the "my account", it must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the required data it provides. Customer must provide a valid email address, not subject to any restrictions (professional email address). In this case, SIGN7-Collectors can not be held responsible for sending contractual information an/or advertising to an email address with restricted access. In case of error in the postal address of the recipient SIGN7-Collectors can not be held responsible for failure to deliver the product.

Article 6
Payment

6-1 You can choose to pay either by credit card on the site Paypal directly from your Paypal account. Redirection to a secure Paypal server automatically. Paypal data is encrypted by SSL key for security. All payment details are the responsibility of the secure Paypal service and your bank. Your payment is made directly without going through a secure server SIGN7-Collectors environment.
So SIGN7-Collectors holds no card number or account.
6-2 Validated by the customer shall be considered effective only when the payment centers concerned have given their consent. In case of refusal , the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email.
6-3 The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by SIGN7-Collectors price. The product price is payable the day of the order.
6-4 Regardless of the method of payment chosen , the final validation of the order only after full payment (except special provisions) thereof.

7-2 The transport of your package. The cost of transport is calculated automatically based on the quantity ordered, the destination and the weight of the order, the detail is presented when ordering on the site.
7-3 B - Delivery - Tracking Number without insurance. We will provide you as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
7-4 C - Delivery - Delivery against signature with insurance but without monitoring. Delivery to the addressee against signing plus insurance of up to € 150 ( the making available or home delivery and varies by destination country) .
7-5 Delivery Fees For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of goods, customs duty, value added tax and any other tax payable under the laws of the receiving country ordering. In all cases, SIGN7-Collectors can not be held responsible for non -compliance with regulations and laws in force in the receiving country requirements; responsibility SIGN7-Collectors is always limited to the value of the product in question, value on the date of sale, without recourse to SIGN7-Collectors. Right of withdrawal

pursuant to Article L121 -16 and 121-20 of the consumer code, the customer has a period of seven (7) calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal. To facilitate the processing of the return, the customer may contact SIGN7-Collectors, by email to obtain a return number before forwarding. The return postage will remain the full responsibility of the Client . Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging in a clean state relets possible.
Article 9
Disputes

In case of difficulties in the implementation of this contract, the buyer has the option, before any legal action to seek an amicable solution with the help of : a professional association in the industry, an association of consumers or any other counsel of his choice. It is recalled that in general and subject to the discretion of the courts, the provisions of this contract relating to the guarantee contract that requires the buyer to honor its financial commitments to the seller. Any claims or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in those who took the trouble to explain his situation. In case of dispute, the customer first contact SIGN7-Collectors for an amicable solution.

Responsibilities

10-1 Transportation SIGN7-Collectors can not be held liable for breach of contract for, suite has its non-payment or the occurrence of an event of force majeure (as defined under the Act) and in particular in case of total or partial strike of postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by floods or fires. This limitation of liability also applies to the breach of the contract due to unforeseeable and insurmountable, a third party unconnected with the provision of the services. Regarding products purchased to meet the business needs SIGN7-Collectors shall not be liable for all damages because of this, operating loss, loss of profits, damage or expense that might arise.
10-2 And Transport Legislation the selection and purchase of a Collector or a service is under the sole responsibility of the Client. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the Collector or services you plan to order.
10-3 Validation and proof the "Click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation of the customer when ordering and acceptance of these terms of sale is confirmation of the order and conclusion of the contract in accordance with Article 1369-5 of the Civil Code. 10.4 Retention of title the collector delivered to the customer remain the property of SIGN7-Collectors as the contract has not been executed entirely. The documents provided to the customer are governed by the code of intellectual property. They remain the property of SIGN7 . It is forbidden to reproduce, sell, or use the materials provided with the consent of SIGN7.
10-5 Hyperlinks on this site may direct users to external sites and in the case where the content of these sites violate the laws and regulations in force that can not in any way engage the responsibility of writing the site SIGN7-Collectors .
10-6 Applicable law this contract is subject to French law , in accordance with EU directives. This is both the substantive rules for the rules of form. In case of dispute, the parties shall favor the settlement. This finding an amicable solution does not interrupt the time to act as collateral. Otherwise, and in accordance with Articles 46 to 48 of NCPC cases, French courts will have jurisdiction.
